High Temperature, Aluminized Tape for Radiant Heat Reflectivity

Z-Flex multilayer aluminized tapes are designed for insulation and lagging applications that require heat reflectivity. They are woven from highly texturized DE glass and aluminized with Z-Flex multilayer aluminized technology, a process that enables superior durability, flex-bond, and 95% radiant heat reflectivity with no organic flame contribution.

Z-Flex aluminum foil tape is an economical alternative to Z-Flex multilayer aluminized tapes. Foil lacks the durability and flexibility of Z-Flex multilayer aluminization, but it offers comparable radiant heat protection at a significantly lower cost. Though foil tape is suitable for most applications, Z-Flex Multilayer Aluminized tape may be necessary for applications where tape will be subject to stretching, twisting, vibration, or other movement. Z-Flex AF tape is available with a pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) backing designed to hold the tape in place during application.
