Newtex Wins the Rochester Business Journal's "Best of the Web" Award

The Rochester Business Journal recognized Newtex.com with the 2016 “Best of the Web” award in the Manufacturing category. Rich Lanpheare, General Manager, and Sarah Gulack, Marketing Manager, attended the awards ceremony at the Hyatt Regency Rochester along with a crowd of about 300 people. The Eastman Kodak Company and Rochester Optical were the other finalists in the Manufacturing category.

A panel of judges made up of local educators and executives who work in the marketing, communications, and web development fields evaluated local businesses' websites based on navigability, usability, functionality, content, art and visual design and standard compliance. The judges commended Newtex.com for its modern feel, easy navigation, and use of color and imagery that align with the Newtex brand. The Rochester Business Journal has been holding the annual Best of the Web Awards for more than 20 years.
